Job Description: Impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que Coordinateur douanes et conformité (H/F/*) chez 3M SOA Logistics à Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône (95) , vous veillez à la conformité des réglementations douanières, vous serez responsable de la gestion des formalités douanières pour les importations et exportations de nos différents sites, dans le respect de la règlementation en vigueur et selon les procédures et règles internes du groupe 3M. Ici, vous aurez un impact : Coordonner les opérations douanières pour les exportations et les importations des marchandises Établir et vérifier les documents douaniers (déclarations, factures, certificats…) Gérer les litiges avec les autorités douanières Coordonner avec les équipes centrales afin de s’assurer de la pertinence des termes de classification, origine et valeur de nos produits. Gérer les relations avec les administrations douanières Assurer une bonne coordination et communication avec les autres départements internes (logistique, service client, entrepôt …) Assurer une veille règlementaire sur les évolutions des lois et réglementations douanières Identifier et prévenir les risques liés aux opérations douanières Conseiller et accompagner les services internes dans les procédures douanières. Assurer un reporting adéquat à la hiérarchie (KPIs d’activité) Proposer des améliorations pour gagner en efficacité et en productivité Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Bac+3/5 en commerce international, logistique, transport ou gestion des opérations douanières, ou équivalent. Formation spécialisée en douane (un plus) Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire Maîtrise des procédures douanières (import/export) Connaissance approfondie des réglementations douanières et fiscales Maîtrise des outils informatiques (tableurs, outils de reporting...)  Capacité à gérer les priorités, rigueur et attention aux détails Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes Capacité à travailler en équipe et à coordonner avec d'autres départements Anglais professionnel souhaité, espagnol ou italien serait un plus Connaissances supplémentaires / compétences souhaitables / qualifications préférées qui pourraient vous aider à réussir encore mieux dans ce rôle : Connaissances de SAP / GTS serait un plus Détails du poste Poste basé à Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône (95) Type de poste : Hybride (en fonction de votre accord avec le responsable) Modèle de travail : temps plein C ette opportunité et notre culture innovante chez 3M s'alignent avec vos aspirations professionnelles ?
