All of our job offers (permanent, fixed-term, internship, work-study) are open to people with disabilities.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Optimiser l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur du transport international, en se concentrant sur la standardisation des données et des pratiques avec les transporteurs, la conformité réglementaire (MD, douane), et l'intégration fonctionnelle des flux imports entre le Service Client, la Direction des Achats et le SAV.   1. Intégration des Flux et Collaboration Inter-Directions Audit des Flux Imports : Analyser le processus actuel de gestion des flux imports depuis la Direction des Achats (demande de transport, Incoterms négociés) jusqu'au Service Après-Vente (gestion des retours/réparations). Optimisation Collaborative : Définir, en lien avec les Achats et le SAV, les points d'amélioration et les procédures communes pour garantir une meilleure visibilité et un pilotage plus efficace des imports. 2. Data et Standardisation Transporteurs Construction d'une Base de Données Commune : Définir et structurer les données essentielles (KPIs, tarifs, délais, conformité MD) à intégrer dans une base de données unique et partagée. Définition des Bonnes Pratiques : Élaborer un référentiel des bonnes pratiques et des exigences documentaires à appliquer de manière uniforme avec les différents transporteurs, notamment sur la gestion des Incoterms et des documents douaniers. 3. Conformité Réglementaire et Risques Matières Dangereuses (MD) : Mener un audit des processus MD (emballage, documentation selon ADR/IATA ) et proposer des solutions pour sécuriser la conformité et minimiser les blocages. Douane et Incoterms : S'assurer de la bonne application des Incoterms (2020) et auditer les processus douaniers pour réduire les risques et les coûts cachés.   Are you a Match?   Formation : Bac+4/5 en Supply Chain Management, Logistique Internationale, Commerce International, ou Systèmes d'Information Logistique. Compétences Clés : Forte appétence pour l' analyse de données et la gestion de projet transverse . Très bonne compréhension des enjeux du transport international , des Incoterms et des mécanismes douaniers . Une connaissance des réglementations de transport de Matières Dangereuses ( ADR/IATA ) est un atout important. Aisance avec les tableurs et pack Google  Qualités : Esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec différentes directions (Achats, Qualité, SAV, Vente), rigueur méthodologique.
