Job Description: The Project Management Specialist is responsible for managing the execution of digital projects, with a primary focus on 3M's web deployment and enhancements. This role combines strong project management skills, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, and resources are well-planned and executed. The Project Management Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and play a key role in managing risks, reporting and driving successful project delivery across the organization. Job Responsibilities: • Manage Web Experience team projects, ensuring adherence to established processes, governance, and execution standards. • Define and manage project goals, timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure successful delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for business teams across all Asia subsidiaries, aligning project execution with business requirements. • Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project timelines, optimize resource utilization, and minimize disruptions. • Guide country marketers through the 3M.com deployment process by providing clear instructions, aligning stakeholders, and adhering to timelines. • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness. • Communicate project status, key metrics, and insights regularly to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members. • Oversee and prioritize digitization and web maintenance requests, facilitating seamless execution through IT teams. • Report on 3M.com deployment progress, effectiveness, and key metrics. You will be successful by: • Leveraging your website development expertise, technical knowledge, teamwork, and project management skills to lead processes effectively. • Understanding 3M’s technology systems, architecture, and solutions that support product data and digital information for internal and external use. • Providing strategic consulting to business teams to enhance the 3M.com experience and prioritize projects for improved timeline management and resource utilization. • Establishing clear objectives and metrics while ensuring transparency in results. • Effectively communicating key learnings, project statuses, and outcomes with multiple stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • At least 3 years of experience in managing website development, maintenance, programming, or other digital assets and programs. • Strong understanding of technical design features and architecture related to website and content development. • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (experience with Photoshop, HTML, and CSS is a plus) • Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks (PMP certification is a plus) • Experience in driving operational excellence with multi-functional teams • A passion for continuous learning, skill improvement, and staying current with web technologies. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels and influencing senior decision-makers. • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills in English • Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
