Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Plant Engineer for Marcallo Plant, 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Managing and maintaining plant equipment and systems to ensure optimal plant performance Leading and/or participating in projects aimed at improving plant efficiency and reducing downtime Supporting safety and quality programs by completing action items, audits, assessments, and other activities to ensure compliance with EHS regulations, site policies and procedures Managing and coordinating external vendors and contractors as needed Collaborating with EHS/Production/Quality/Process/Engineering to identify opportunities and make recommendations for investments Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) Proven experience in a plant engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of plant equipment, maintenance practices Environmental Health & Safety background Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment Fluent in Italian and English Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Knowledge of Electrical market standards and regulations Knowledge of SAP environment Job specifics: Location: Marcallo con Casone (MI) Office based Working pattern: Full time CCNL Industria della Gomma Cavi Elettrici ed Affini e all’Industria delle Materie Plastiche (Impiegato) Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?   If so, we encourage you to apply and embark on a journey of creativity and growth with us.
