The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.15 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Qualified applicants may be considered as Production Operator openings occur at 3M Nevada, and 3M will accept applications for up to 6 months from the posting date of this requisition.  Eligible applications will be kept open and active until December 2022.  After that, the posting will be taken down and applicants will need to apply/re-apply for available open postings at that time.
