From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers’ innovative development of applications.   How will you contribute and grow?   Für unsere Customer Service Center-Abteilung suchen wir eine engagierte und mitarbeiterorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team führt uns bei der Optimierung unserer Prozesse unterstützt.   Teamführung : Als direkter Vorgesetzter eines Teams von etwa 10 Backoffice-Sachbearbeiter:innen sind Sie für verschiedene Aufgaben zuständig: Organisation der Arbeitspläne, Sicherstellung der Kundenservice-Qualität, Zuteilung der Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams Einarbeitung der neuen Mitarbeitender und Überwachung der Teamleistung. Prozessmanagement und -optimierung : Sie sind für die Verwaltung der Kundendatenbank in Systeme wie SAP und Salesforce verantwortlich, treiben die kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung voran und entwickeln Strategien zur Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe. Lösung komplexer Probleme : Sie bearbeiten selbstständig Kundenanfragen (telefonisch und schriftlich), Beschwerden und schwierige Situationen, finden effiziente Lösungen und agieren als wichtigster Ansprechpartner. Strategische Zusammenarbeit : Sie arbeiten eng mit den Vertriebsteams und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine reibungslose Koordination und einen klaren Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten, und unterstützen dabei auch die Teamkollegen.   Are you a match?   Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst in einer industriellen Branche. Erfahrung in der Teamleitung in einem Kundenservicezentrum, Callcenter oder einer vergleichbaren Abteilung im B2B-Umfeld. Starkes analytisches, kommunikatives und organisatorisches Geschick. Eine proaktive, lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise. IT-Affinität oder die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen (SAP, Salesforce, PowerBI, Google-Tools). Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
