Responsável pela triagem e enchimento de cilindros, análises de matérias-primas e gases comprimidos, visando atender às necessidades de distribuição e realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas. Pode auxiliar no carregamento, descarregamento e movimentação de cilindros. O cargo também exige o cumprimento de funções específicas definidas pelos Sistemas de Gestão Industrial e Operacional (SGI & SGO), incluindo segurança industrial, higiene e leis sanitárias. Executar atividades designadas para atender prazos, normas, procedimentos e volume de produção. Realizar movimentação de cilindros conforme padrões de qualidade e segurança. Contribuir para a melhoria da produtividade do centro de enchimento. Realizar análises de gases industriais e contra-análises para garantir a qualidade. Emitir relatórios corporativos de gestão e controle, e tratar não conformidades. Ser Responsável Técnico de Qualidade durante o processo de produção, relatando não conformidades. Realizar inspeções em cilindros (estado físico, pintura, conexão da válvula, numeração, datas de validade, etc.) e registrar dados no TOTVS/Centro de Enchimento. Efetuar controles em processo de todas as etapas produtivas e preencher dossiês de produção. Garantir o preenchimento claro, legível e sem rasuras de todos os documentos. Realizar manutenções em equipamentos da filial quando necessário, para conformidade com requisitos de qualidade e segurança. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements? Formação e/ou Curso Técnico com experiência comprovada. Cursos Desejáveis:   2º Grau Técnico Mecânica, Técnico Eletrônica, Técnico em Processos Industriais, Técnico Mecatrônica.
