Sie bringen unsere EMSR-Technik (Elektro-, Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik) auf das nächste Level und sichern den reibungslosen Anlagenbetrieb. Ihre Kerntätigkeiten im Detail: Wartung & Instandhaltung: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von planmäßigen Wartungsaufgaben und Inspektionen an unseren Produktionsanlagen, insbesondere an EMSR-Equipment. Störungsmanagement: Selbstständige Analyse und Beseitigung von technisch-technologischen Störungen – sowohl im Normalbetrieb als auch im Rahmen der Rufbereitschaft bei mannlosem Betrieb. Optimierung & Projekte: Entwicklung und Umsetzung eigener technischer Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Anlagenprozesse (KVP). Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten zur Anlagenerweiterung, -optimierung und bei Revisionen. Anlagensteuerung: Überwachung und Steuerung komplexer Produktionsanlagen mit hohem Schwierigkeitsgrad. Sicherheit & Koordination: Erstellen von Arbeitsfreigaben und Durchführen von Sicherungsmaßnahmen während Anlagenstillständen. Überwachung und Koordination externer Dienstleister (Fremdfirmen). Mehrjährige, fundierte und praxiserprobte Berufserfahrung in Ihrem Ausbildungsberuf. IT-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office/Google. Gute Englischkenntnisse zur Lektüre technischer Unterlagen. Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und absolute Zuverlässigkeit.
