Make a difference | Your mission   Als Verkaufs- und Beratungsprofi bei OMT übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das definierte Produkt- und Therapiekonzept im Großraum Nord-Ost-Deutschland. Du treibst das Geschäft in den komplexen Heimtherapiebereichen der Onkologie und Immunologie voran. In dieser Rolle bist du eine tragende Säule im Vertrieb und entscheidend für die Expansion in strategischen Therapiebereichen. Wachstumstreiber HomeCare: Du entwickelst und baust die Therapiebereiche Heimparenterale Ernährung (HPE) und Schmerztherapie signifikant aus. Expertise in komplexen Feldern: Du navigierst die Komplexität unserer Onkologie-Säule (HPE, Schmerz, Chemo) und betreust den stark entwickelten Bereich der Immunglobulintherapie (SoConnect + Pumpe). Key Account Management: Du akquirierst neue Kunden (Verordner) und pflegst Kontakte zu Großkunden, insbesondere in Berlin (z. B. Charité). Dein Gebiet und Standort Gebiet: Nord-Ost-Deutschland (PLZ: 10–17, 03, 06, 38, 39). Home-Office-Stelle: Du arbeitest von zu Hause aus. Präsenzanforderung: Wegen der Kunden in Berlin (Charité) ist die Bereitschaft erforderlich, zwei- bis dreimal pro Woche nach Berlin zu pendeln .   People for people | Your Carefluencer profile   Gesucht wird eine zielstrebige, wissbegierige und qualifizierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere strategischen Wachstumsbereiche in der Heimversorgung vorantreibt. Dein Fundament Expertenwissen: Fundierte Erfahrung in Home Parenteraler Ernährung (HPE) und Schmerztherapie . Onkologie-Kenntnisse: Berührungspunkte im Bereich Onkologie sind ein großer Vorteil für die ganzheitliche Betreuung. Regionale Mobilität: Wohnort muss hohe Präsenz in Berlin (2–3x wöchentlich) ermöglichen. Nice to have (Das verschafft dir einen Vorsprung) Zusatzqualifikation: Qualifikation als Ökotrophologe/in oder in Clinical Nutrition ist ein großer Vorteil. Erfahrung: Erfahrung in Chemotherapie oder der Heimversorgung (HomeCare) . Die Basis Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (medizinisch/kaufmännisch) und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst (Klinik/Niedergelassen).
