Job Description: Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced new business and marketing personnel focused on industrial adhesive and tapes portfolio. This position will be the essential role of developing new markets, leading existing business growth over the macroeconomy, and driving new product launch locally. Responsible for research of industrial adhesive and tape portfolio in industrial segments to explore, verify and develop new business opportunities. Play a leadership role to drive growth of targeted business by collaborating cross-functionally in the development of new market segments / opportunities and deployment of marketing programs at distributor or end-customers, and etc. Responsible for new products in targeting segments to develop segment / channel program, optimize of marketing contents, demonstration tools, and etc. Key Responsibility: Drive and accelerate business growth in industrial or electronics market Lead market intelligence and analysis to identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities. Develop local marketing campaigns/program deployment for prioritized portfolio/segment/channel Execute marketing campaigns/programs with across function teams to deliver business results Monitor performance of all marketing campaigns, and adjust execution accordingly Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above; MBA Preferred. 5+ years related working experience in marketing function in multinational company in related industry. Experience in industrial material / products preferred. Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability and problem solving skills; Excellent coordination and communication skills; Excellent English communication skill both in written and speaking Good presentation and PC skills.
