Job Description: Supplier Performance Improvement (Scorecard) - Lead TEBG Supplier Performance tracking and improving (Scorecard)  - Working with Global SPM strategy team to develop and implement Supplier Performance improvement strategies and optimize tooling for legacy system. - Manage TEBG supplier performance reviews, including scorecards(OITF, DPPM), QPR, DIP and recognition programs New Product Introduction (NPI) - Serve as the primary Procurement liaison to China Business Group, overseeing local NPI execution projects. - Transfer local NPI and localization CMP requirements to Category Leaders & China BCC Leader, ensuring Category – acceptance of requirements, assignment to Category resources, and alignment with NPI / supplier source selection timelines; resolve disconnects. - Champion supply base rationalize efforts in collaboration with Category and China BG stakeholders.   Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
