Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience. 5. Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base. A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related. 2. 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
