How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? O TÉCNICO INDUSTRIAL ONSITE é o responsável técnico pela operacionalização, integridade e manutenção das unidades de separação de gases. A função exige alta autonomia para a gestão técnica de unidades On-Site e suporte operacional na Usina de Candeias/BA. O objetivo é assegurar a produção contínua de gases industriais (LIN, LOX, GAN, GOX) sob rigorosos padrões de segurança, qualidade e eficiência energética. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES A. Operação e Controle de Processo Gestão de Parâmetros: Operar painéis e sistemas de controle para regular processos, atendendo às demandas dos clientes e garantindo a eficiência energética.   Manobras Críticas: Executar com autonomia o start-up, shut-down, regeneração de purificadores (FEP) e degelo (deriming).   Monitoramento Ativo: Realizar rondas constantes na área para identificar sinais de alerta ou mau funcionamento, tomando ações corretivas imediatas e operando sistemas de backup quando necessário. Qualidade: Realizar análises laboratoriais de pureza, emitir certificados e garantir a rastreabilidade total do produto.   Logística: Coordenar o fornecimento via pipeline e o enchimento de carretas criogênicas.   B. Manutenção e Gestão de Ativos  Manutenção Multidisciplinar: Executar e organizar intervenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em sistemas elétricos, instrumentação, PLCs e equipamentos mecânicos (compressores e boosters).   Troubleshooting: Realizar diagnósticos avançados em máquinas rotativas e sistemas estáticos (vasos e trocadores) que não atinjam a performance esperada.   Gestão de Dados: Registrar rigorosamente todas as atividades, calibrações e testes no sistema (Ordens de Serviço), subsidiando o PCM com dados precisos de tempo e materiais.   Performance: Monitorar KPIs de disponibilidade e confiabilidade, gerenciando o estoque de peças sobressalentes.   C. Segurança e Gestão Industrial Autoridade de Segurança: Emitir Permissões de Trabalho Seguro (AT) e aplicar rigorosamente os procedimentos de bloqueio e etiquetagem (LOTO).   Gestão de Terceiros: Supervisionar, agendar e controlar serviços de subcontratados, garantindo que cumpram os cronogramas e os padrões técnicos da companhia.   Análise de Risco: Participar ativamente de comitês de segurança e análises de causa raiz (RCA) para eventos operacionais ou de segurança.   Interface com Cliente: Atuar como ponto focal técnico junto à equipe operacional do cliente e rede de plantas vizinhas. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements? 1.
