L’équipe marketing digital se concentre sur la promotion de nos ingrédients cosmétiques et nutritionnels. La Communication corporate travaille au développement notre attractivité, nourrit notre image de marque et garantit une présence cohérente et de qualité sur l’ensemble de nos canaux. Nous sommes actuellement en phase de lancement d'une nouvelle stratégie digitale, avec un accent particulier mis sur la refonte et l'optimisation de notre compte Instagram et l'animation de notre page Linkedin. L'objectif de ce stage est de trouver une personne passionnée par les réseaux sociaux qui nous aidera à mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, à créer des contenus engageants et à animer notre communauté. Ce stagiaire aura également pour mission d'apporter de nouvelles idées et d'inspirer le reste de l'équipe sur les tendances et les meilleures pratiques.   La mission de stage consiste à prendre en charge la gestion opérationnelle de nos comptes Instagram et Linkedin. Il ou elle reportera à la Responsable Marketing Marchés & Digital et sera responsable de : La planification et la création de contenu : Établir le calendrier éditorial en lien avec les lancements de produits, les événements marketing et les actualités corporate, puis créer des contenus visuels et interactifs (carrousels, Reels, Stories) en collaboration avec notre graphiste. L'animation de la communauté : Répondre aux commentaires, aux messages privés et interagir avec les abonnés pour créer du lien et de l'engagement. Le ou la stagiaire aura également la responsabilité d'animer notre canal de diffusion. La veille et l'analyse : Suivre les dernières tendances sur Linkedin, Instagram et TikTok pour proposer des contenus innovants. Participer à l'analyse des performances de nos publications et suggérer des optimisations pour améliorer nos résultats. N’hésitez pas à postuler et participez à la transformation digitale de Seppic !”   Are you a MATCH?     Vous préparez un Master 1 ou 2 en Marketing Digital (Université/Ecole de Commerce)  Ce que nous recherchons :  Proactivité et créativité : Être force de proposition et avoir des idées pour dynamiser notre communication Esprit d'équipe : Travailler en collaboration avec les Chefs de Marchés, la responsable Communication Corporate et la graphiste Aisance relationnelle : Interagir avec l'équipe et la communauté de manière positive et constructive Autonomie : Savoir gérer ses missions de manière indépendante tout en respectant les objectifs fixés Vous avez :  une excellente maîtrise des codes des plateformes sociales, en particulier Instagram une forte appétence pour la création de contenu et la veille des tendances une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit (orthographe irréprochable) - de nombreuses publications et interactions se font en anglais un Intérêt pour l'intelligence artificielle et son utilisation pour gagner en productivité Une connaissance des outils de gestion des réseaux sociaux (type Business Manager) et des outils de veille serait un plus.
