Job Description: Impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que l’Opérateur de Production chez 3M à Tilloy-lez-Cambrai (59) , vous aurez l’opportunité d'exploiter votre curiosité et de collaborer avec des personnes les plus innovantes et diverses du monde entier. Ici, vous aurez un impact : Conduire les équipements de production dans le respect des procédures (QEHS, process, maintenance et organisation atelier - Lean Manuf). Réaliser des tests et des contrôles qualité en cours de fabrication. Utiliser les systèmes de gestion informatisés liés aux activités du module (MES/SAP...) Mener des actions d’amélioration et participer aux programmes d’amélioration continue Respecter les règles Sécurité et maintenir les standards 5S de son environnement de travail. Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Bac Pro technique (mécanique, …) ou expérience équivalente Expérience professionnelle dans l’Industrie. Capacité à travailler en équipe et dans l’optimisation régulière des processus. Rigueur et organisation, capacité d’adaptation. Respect des standards, des outils de remontées d'informations QEHS, Lean & Maintenance. Pratique des systèmes informatiques. Force de proposition dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue.
