C’est notre façon, à nous, de réinventer la santé du quotidien.   Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?   Within a specific geographical area, the mission of the Respiratory Medical-Technical Representative is to develop and maintain commercial activity with prescribers and their teams in accordance with the objectives set for them. They draw on their in-depth knowledge of respiratory care and the local environment.   On a daily basis, the Respiratory Medical-Technical Representative: Promotes the company's institutional image to prescribers and their teams, based on a targeting strategy defined with the Area Manager. Highlights the added value of patient care provided by the medical-technical teams and provides feedback on patient treatment adherence. Works in close collaboration with the medical-technical, logistics, and customer relations teams at the branch level to ensure optimal care and follow-up for patients in their area (training, patient monitoring, information sharing). Specifically, they help lead and motivate medical-technical teams toward sector objectives. Organizes events (staff meetings, congresses, training sessions) for healthcare professionals to help them develop expertise in respiratory pathologies and their management, in strict compliance with regulations. Supports healthcare professionals with their clinical and scientific research projects. Assists in collecting medical prescriptions and any other administrative documents from prescribers required to maintain accurate patient files. Proactively manages their sector and reports to the Area Manager using predefined dashboards. Updates medical device inventory within healthcare departments when applicable. Cooperates in handling medical device vigilance (materiovigilance) activities.   Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?   Education: Higher education degree ( Master’s level ). Experience: Initial experience in field sales development , ideally gained within the healthcare sector. Business Drive: The Respiratory Representative must possess a strong "hunter" mindset : the ability to target, identify, and develop a network, build relationships of trust, and engage stakeholders will be key success factors in this role. Soft Skills: A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to unite collaborators around shared goals are essential. The candidate must demonstrate perseverance, resilience, enthusiasm, and empathy. Engagement: Their commitment, curiosity, and passion will be highly valued by prescribers in a hyper-competitive market. They possess the communication skills needed to identify and effectively highlight competitive differentiators . Operational Excellence: They demonstrate high reactivity when responding to both internal and external clients. They must be able to build and present an annual sector action plan (SAP) aligned with set objectives and the brand's growth strategy. They follow their SAP rigorously, adapting it regularly based on results and new opportunities. Digital Proficiency: They are tech-savvy, proficient in standard office tools, and use their CRM to provide visibility into their activities and boost performance.
