Job Description: Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World As a Sales Productivity Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting the sales functions for 3M in the United States & Canada. In this role you will be able to support sales functions including sales representative issue resolution, sales related inquiries, sample orders, order expedites and CRM entries among others. The Impact you will make in this role: Duties include but are not limited to: You will collect and organize data to enable business processes such as budget and pricing changes, account creation etc. You will create, maintain, and update various daily reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to sales teams based on the data. You will identify and correct errors and inaccuracies and escalate to appropriate stakeholders. You will implement change and process improvements by collaborating internally with your team and other internal areas such as sales, supply chain, customer data management, returns teams and technical support areas to address customer needs.  You will communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately within the team, across organizations and externally with the ability to tailor language, message and content to the target audience. Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of experience engaging and servicing customers, in a customer service, support, analyst role, in a private, public or government environment.   English level: B2+ or higher.   Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including familiarity with conditional formulas, vlookup and pivot tables. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Ability to work independently while managing activities and projects with strong accountability and time management skills Advance English level C2 is highly desired. Experience with Power BI, Access, and Automation tools  Ability to complete detailed repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests Ability to communicate in writing and verbally using local languages Experience in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce) Self-motivated, and able to work effectively, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion Prefers to stay busy with a full workload and enjoys meeting challenges Ability to handle work-related stress; handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and meet deadlines Work location: Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the Colombia Office.   Travel: N/A   Relocation: N/A Supporting Your Well-being  3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
