Você atuará como o intérprete da visão do C-Level, traduzindo diretrizes estratégicas em excelência operacional.  O Especialista de Projetos Home HealthCare é o ponto central para a execução de iniciativas de alta complexidade e impacto na organização, exigindo uma visão de gestão e mitigação de riscos, além de excelência em comunicação e liderança. O profissional será responsável por desenhar projetos transversais complexos, transformando visões estratégicas em planos de ação executáveis. A função envolve a gestão de stakeholders, assegurando o alinhamento de interesses e mantendo uma comunicação corporativa de alto nível, culminando na liderança de times multidisciplinares por influência e engajamento para atingir objetivos comuns. Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo de cada projeto (desde a fase de planejamento até execução total), coordenando diversas frentes de trabalho simultaneamente; Monitorar e garantir a entrega de planos de ação, assegurando o cumprimento de cronogramas e escopo. Identificar e mitigar riscos do projeto de forma proativa, estabelecendo planos de contingência para evitar desvios de rota, orçamento ou prazos. Elaborar, controlar e monitorar os principais KPIs de cada projeto, utilizando dados para identificar falhas e implementar planos de ação de melhoria. Gerenciar a projeção de negócios (Business Case) de cada projeto, com foco em manter os custos e recursos alinhados com o planejamento inicial. Realizar análises de viabilidade econômica para novas iniciativas de subsídio ou investimento, garantindo a sustentabilidade financeira das soluções propostas. Gerenciar a interlocução e negociação com stakeholders multidisciplinares (áreas clínica, logística, comercial e pública), garantindo o alinhamento de expectativas e o suporte a estratégias de Advocacy. Desenvolver e supervisionar programas de educação e treinamento para equipes e parceiros, assegurando a correta adesão às novas diretrizes do projeto. Utilizar modelos estatísticos para analisar dados, identificando outliers e padrões de repetição para otimização de recursos. Validar e implementar novas tecnologias e ofertas (ex: novos dispositivos e plataformas de monitoramento). ______________________________ Do you have these requirements? Requirements Educational Background: A degree in Engineering (or similar fields) is desirable. We require structured logical reasoning, sharp analytical skills, and a scientific method applied to business. Language: Fluent English is mandatory. You will be part of a world-leading French multinational; your voice must resonate without barriers. Soft Skills: We seek interpersonal sophistication, an acute ability to read the room, and the maturity to navigate all levels of the company. Experience: A solid and proven track record in Project Management is expected.
