Department Overview The Pricing Operations Team is part of LATAM Operations.  The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in LATAM region. Individual Accountabilities (included but are not limited to): Execute transactional pricing process for area based on governance process Transact standard price change request according to governance process Transact deviated price request according to area leverage and playbook Process the requested promotions according to the established framework Escalate to area portfolio leader the quotation request Execute price change into the system Identify and escalate transactional process improvement opportunities to generate better customer experience and simplify processes Reject request outside TEBG governance policy Key Shared Accountabilities:  Collaborates closely with pricing team members across business units to improve pricing efficiency Works with the area team to provide feedback for area pricing tools as well as assists in any necessary tool improvement Collaborate with Areal Process Leads, sales teams, CDLs to ensure adequate execution of pricing strategies into the system. Role Qualifications: Proven leader with 2+ years of combined experience pricing operations Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams High level of autonomy and data-driven decision-making capacity Demonstrated ability brings customer needs to life Ability to manage difficult situations Speaks English, Spanish (2/2) Requires high knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, SAP Analytics skills desire in Power BI/Tableau & Vendavo Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
