Job Description: Impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant qu’ Opérateur de Fabrication  au sein de l’Atelier ELA (mastics) chez 3M EMFI sur le site de Niedermodern , vous aurez l’opportunité d'exploiter votre curiosité et de collaborer avec des personnes les plus innovantes et diverses du monde entier. Ici, vous aurez un impact ! Dans le cadre des consignes permanentes et quotidiennes, dans les meilleures conditions de sécurité et de préservation de la qualité des produits :  Vous participez à la réalisation d’un produit fini ou semi-fini à l’aide de matières premières selon un ordre de fabrication.   Vous participez au conditionnement et à l’emballage d’un produit.   Vous rendez compte de l’activité au responsable d’équipe. Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Formation CAP à BAC/ BAC PRO ou niveau dans les domaines de la chimie, du génie chimique, mécanique, électrotechnique.     Expérience significative comme opérateur dans un service Fabrication des industries chimiques.  Respect des standards EHS, Qualité, Process et Lean  Maîtrise du risque et de l’opération  Force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue   Connaissances supplémentaires / compétences souhaitables / qualifications préférées qui pourraient vous aider à réussir encore mieux dans ce rôle : Aptitude à travailler en équipe  Esprit d’entraide    Rigueur et assiduité   Proactivité   Autonomie   Détails du poste Poste basé à Niedermodern Déplacement : Pas de déplacements Type de poste : sur le site, posté 4x8 ou 5x8 selon besoin de l’organisation Modèle de travail : CDI à temps plein C ette opportunité et notre culture innovante chez 3M s'alignent avec vos aspirations professionnelles ?
