Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess an associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech OR Be in the last six months of completing an associate’s degree (verified prior to start) in a technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech AND one (1) year of Industrial Maintenance experience OR Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) AND three (3) years of Industrial Maintenance experience AND Interested and available to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause Ability to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions. Experience with manufacturing and/or manufacturing technology on web processing equipment. ** Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process. Pay Competitive Salary: The starting rate of pay for this position is $30.38 - $34.87/hour (depending on experience and qualifications) with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift and a $2.00 shift differential for third shift.
