Job Description: L'impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que Déclarant douanes (H/F/*) pour import et export , vous serez responsable de la gestion des formalités douanières pour les importations et exportations de nos différents sites, dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et selon les procédures et règles internes du groupe 3M. Vous aurez l’opportunité de nourrir votre curiosité et de collaborer avec certaines des personnes les plus innovantes et les plus diverses du monde entier. Ici, vous aurez un impact : Saisir les déclarations dans les systèmes informatiques douaniers (SAP GTS, DELTA)   Établir et vérifier les documents douaniers ( déclarations, factures, certificats…)     Calculer les droits et taxes applicables    Coordonner avec les équipes centrales afin de s’assurer de la pertinence des termes de classification, origine et valeur de nos produits.   Gérer les relations avec les administrations douanières    Assurer une bonne coordination et communication avec les autres départements internes (logistique , service client, entrepôt …)   Assister aux visites des douaniers pendant les contrôles de marchandises    Assurer une veille réglementaire sur les évolutions des lois et réglementations douanières    Participer aux-auto contrôles inte rnes dans le cadre de nos certifications OEA Identifier et prévenir les risques liés aux opérations douanières    Conseiller et accompagner les services internes dans les procédures douanières   Assurer un reporting adéquat à la hiérarchie (KPIs d’activité )     Proposer des améliorations pour gagner en efficacité et en productivité   Vos compétences et expertises Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Bac+3/5 en commerce international, logistique, transport ou gestion des opérations douanières, ou équivalent. Formation spécialisée en douane (un plus)  Première expérience dans un poste similaire Maîtrise des procédures douanières (import/export)  Connaissance approfondie des réglementations douanières et fiscales Maîtrise des outils informatiques ( tableurs , outils de reporting ...) , connaissances de SAP / GTS serait un plus Anglais professionnel souhaité, espagnol ou italien serait un plus  Ces qualifications supplémentaires pourraient vous aider à réussir encore mieux dans ce rôle : Capacité à gérer les priorités, rigueur et attention aux détails Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes Bonne communication, travail en équipe Détails du poste Poste basé sur le site de 3M SOA à Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône (95).
