EHS与合规：积极参与EHS培训与活动，贯彻公司安全政策；确保特种设备管理、能源使用符合法规及内部规范。 4. 持续改进：跟踪生产系统（PS）运行状态，通过数据分析与小改小革，推动设备效率、可靠性及节能降耗的持续提升。 5. 备件与辅助设备管理：协助制定合理的备件安全库存，确保备件型号准确、供应及时；参与辅助设备的巡检与管理。 6. 文档与知识管理：维护和更新设备技术档案、维修记录、操作指导书等，保证文档的准确性与可追溯性。 7.团队协作与支持：完成上级主管指派的其他设备管理相关任务，并为新员工或同事提供必要的技术指导。 JS Maintenance Control Engineer (PI & CS): Job Description Responsibilities: - Manage, maintain and continuously improve the factory's production equipment to ensure stable operation and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Strictly adhere to EHS regulations. - We welcome engineers with 1-3 years or more of relevant experience, rich technical practice and strong learning ability to apply for this position. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Automation, Electrical Automation or Mechatronics. Candidates with a Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering are preferred. - Skills: 1. Professional Foundation: Possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, be familiar with PLC systems, electrical control, transmission, and material handling (such as sheet and film material processing, tension control) system principles. 2. Automation Control Skills (Key): Be familiar with the application of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and those with programming or maintenance experience in AB (Allen-Bradley) or Siemens PLC are preferred. Understand the architecture of mainstream brands such as AB or Siemens; candidates with debugging or troubleshooting experience in other brands (such as Mitsubishi, Omron) PLC are also acceptable. Understand the selection and application of common sensors and actuators (such as cylinders, motors, frequency converters). Be capable of drawing electrical diagrams and analyzing control logic. 3. Systems and Software: Be familiar with the preventive maintenance (PM) system for equipment and related document preparation. Those who have knowledge or experience with equipment management systems (such as MAS), production improvement tools (such as Kaizen, 3P), or data management platforms (such as ENOVIA) are preferred. Proficient in using Office software for data organization and report writing. 4. Soft Skills and Qualities: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and be able to work efficiently with production and maintenance teams. Be proactive, responsible, have a strong sense of safety, and strictly follow safety procedures. Have basic English reading and writing skills to understand equipment manuals or operation interfaces in English. 5. Experience Requirements: Candidates with 3 years or more practical experience in automation equipment maintenance, utility management or related fields are preferred. Engineers with solid skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Main Job Responsibilities: 1. Equipment Maintenance and Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans, inspection standards, and maintenance documents for the facilities and production equipment under jurisdiction. 2. Repair and Safety Management: Formulate maintenance plans for large equipment and safety analysis (JSA) plans for major operations; participate in emergency handling and root cause analysis of equipment failures. 3. EHS and Compliance: Actively participate in EHS training and activities and implement the company's safety policies; ensure that the management of special equipment and energy usage comply with regulations and internal standards. 4. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the operation status of the production system (PS), and through data analysis and minor improvements, continuously enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and energy conservation. 5. Spare Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Management: Assist in setting reasonable safety stock levels for spare parts, ensuring accurate part numbers and timely supply; participate in the inspection and management of auxiliary equipment. 6. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain and update equipment technical files, maintenance records, operation manuals, etc., ensuring the accuracy and traceability of documents. 7. Team Collaboration and Support: Complete other equipment management tasks assigned by superiors and provide necessary technical guidance to new employees or colleagues.
