Here, you will make an impact by: Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Minimum of 5 years Refrigeration experience in the following types of equipment: Reciprocating, Screw, Scroll & Centrifugal compressors. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with all refrigerants used on site including: R123, R11, R22 & MP39. Must hold an EPA Refrigerant Transition & Recovery Certificate – Universal Type. Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience in electrical power systems and machinery as well as electronics. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Possess ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct any problems pertaining to all Plant refrigeration equipment.  The equipment included will be Trane Chillers, Viscose Room Chillers, Main Office HVAC, SRU, etc. Working knowledge of all types of programmable controllers and components used in the plant. Working knowledge and experience in all types of electrical tools, testing equipment and instruments used in industrial plant applications. Experienced in directing HVAC/Electrical type work for maintenance and construction crews. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals Pay & Benefits:   The starting rate of pay for this position is $39.59 – $41.67. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
