It also provides innovative technologies for the needs of the Group's markets.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Ce Stage se déroule au sein de l'entité Spatiale du site de Sassenage (38), un environnement dans lequel on développe et industrialise de nouveaux produits pour des lanceurs européens et des composants de satellites. Les attendus du stage tournent autour de la réalisation de supports de formation, de documents de vulgarisation, de guides d'utilisation et la mise en place d'indicateurs dédiés.   Plus spécifiquement: Vous adaptez des procédures complexes à l'industrie spatiale et les simplifier Vous faites des propositions d'amélioration des lead Time et de retour sur investissement.  Vous vulgarisez les procédures et workflow pour les rendre compréhensible par l'équipe industrialisation et méthode et vous accompagnez l'équipe industrialisation dans la réalisation des documents qualités. Vous automatisez des indicateurs de suivi de la performance et chiffrez l'activité. Vous vérifiez la conformité des activités d'industrialisation spatial à la norme EN9100. Enfin vous pouvez être en mesure de concevoir de petits outillages.   Are you a MATCH?   Actuellement en formation de niveau Bac+4/5, en génie industriel / qualité ou équivalent vous recherchez un stage de 4 à 6 mois à compter du premier trimestre 2026 pour développer vos compétences en matière d'industrialisation et de gestion de projets. Vous avez une bonne capacité d'appréhension des processus complexes. Vous avez le sens du service une bonne capacité de vulgarisation et de pédagogie.
