Job Description: Production Operator We offer: Competitive pay starting at $26.49, with the potential to reach $27.55. Pay increases throughout the first year of employment. Here, you will make an impact by: Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self or others Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time Work effectively within a production work team and collaborate with other teams Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving Maintain neat and orderly conditions in area and help maintain and promote safe conditions Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start) Interested and available to work any shift available, including, but not limited to fixed night shifts, rotating shifts and Holidays as needed. Interested and available to work overtime, daily and weekends and short notice shift coverage Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Ability to work well in a team environment.
