Du begleitest und berätst zukünftige Klient*innen und deren Angehörige im Aufnahme- und Überleitungsprozess. Du überprüfst stetig die Kapazitäten in deinen Wohngemeinschaften für eine mögliche Aufnahme im Austausch mit den Regionalleitungen. Du knüpfst neue Kontakte zu Institutionen im medizinischen und pflegerischen Bereich. Du kommunizierst mit den weiteren Stabsstellen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Unternehmensziele. Du wirst Mitglied eines 4-köpfigen Teams sein, welches von der COO der IC Home 24 GmbH geleitet wird.   People for people | Your Carefluencer profile   Du hast eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen. Du warst bereits als Casemanager*in nach DGCC mit pflegerischem Hintergrund tätig. Alternativ hast Du Erfahrung im Vertrieb und bringst Interesse an der außerklinischen Intensivpflege mit. Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sowie ein sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick zeichnen dich aus.
