Job Description: As a PLM Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: • Providing administrative support for PLM/eNovia users including: · Providing guidance to users on which access to request, supporting users in submitting access requests, approving or rejecting access requests for BG access. · Managing business structural data (templates, route templates, workflows, groups, etc.) · Troubleshooting technical issues for business related data · Collaborating with users and IT to ensure system functions correctly and meets business objectives Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: · Three (3) years of software systems experience in a private, public, government or military environment · Two (2) years administrative experience with document management systems (such as eNovia) in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: · Experience migrating documentation management systems · Experience with the Quality Modules of SAP · Experience training users on system use and applications · Skills include strong verbal and written communication skills and able to self-manage and consistently utilize good judgement · Flexible to adapt to changes Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
