Make a difference | Your mission   Du übernimmst die qualifizierte Kundenberatung in der telefonischen Bearbeitung/Pflege von Kundenkontakten und bearbeitest Anfragen, die per Telefon, E-Mail und Post bei uns eingehen - hierzu zählen auch Normalaufträge, Retouren, Abholaufträge sowie Gutschriften. Du arbeitest gerne effizient und bist für die Organisation des Bestellprozesses zuständig. In deiner Hand liegt das Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen und Angeboten sowie die Nachverfolgung dieser. Du hast nicht nur zu unseren Patient*innen Kontakt, sondern auch zu Krankenkassen und klärst bestimmte Patient*innen-Versorgungen ab - wie z.B. Ablehnungen der Kostenübernahme. Du arbeitest mit dem Team Außendienst & Technik zusammen, sodass interne Materiallieferungen veranlasst werden können. Damit alles seine Richtigkeit hat und Informationen korrekt hinterlegt werden, übernimmst du die Datenpflege für die Bereiche Debitoren, Equipments und Konditionen.   People for people | Your Carefluencer profile   Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung - wünschenswert aus dem kaufmännischen Bereich oder aus dem Gesundheitswesen, aber kein Muss.  Erste Berufserfahrung im o.g. Tätigkeitsbereich: Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst, Contact Center oder im kaufmännischen Bereich. Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Tools von Google Workspace (oder MS Office), von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in SAP (SD - Sales and Distribution).
