The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Au sein de l'activité Business de la Production Primaire d'AIR LIQUIDE FRANCE INDUSTRIE, le service Business Administration assure le pilotage économique et administratif des sites de production, en garantissant la fiabilité des données pour la facturation (clients ou cessions internes), le suivi des contrats énergétiques et l'analyse de la performance financière industrielle. Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'optimisation de nos opérations quotidiennes. Vous contribuerez directement à la fiabilité de nos données et à l'efficacité de nos processus, offrant une immersion concrète au sein de nos activités.   MISSIONS Audit et documentation de l'outil de simulation de facturation "Contract Billing Simulation" (CBS), outil essentiel pour le fonctionnement de la Business Administration, qui permet de simuler la facturation des contrats et le pricing Compréhension et documentation du fonctionnement du fichier en consultant la documentation, et en interagissant avec les utilisateurs Identification des points de blocage et suggestion des axes d’amélioration, afin de préparer la remise à niveau de cet outil et son intégration avec les autres fichiers de la Direction Commerciale Production de livrables clairs (documentation et support de présentation) pour synthétiser vos analyses Support Financier et Facturation : Apporter un support précieux sur des sujets financiers et de facturation, incluant la facturation du service canalisation, l'application des normes IFRS et la gestion des exonérations de TVA Amélioration Continue : Contribuer activement à l'amélioration de nos processus internes et à la "qualité de vie" au quotidien, en identifiant et en proposant des solutions pour simplifier des tâches et en participant à la documentation de contrats et de documents clés.   Are you a MATCH?   Bac+3 ou Bac+4 en Gestion, Administration des Entreprises, Écoles de Commerce, Management ou Finance Maîtrise d’Excel/Google Sheets (niveau avancé), Word/Google Docs, Google Forms. Connaissance de Power BI et d’un ERP type SAP appréciée Bases en finance ou comptabilité (IFRS, TVA) Orienté(e) analyse, résolution de problèmes, et amélioration des processus.
