Gewinnung von Bedarfserweiterungen bei Bestandskunden. Unterstützung beim Forderungsmanagement. Verantwortlich für ausgewählte Kundengruppen des Verantwortungsbereiches. ​ Systematische Entwicklung und Ausbau des Neukundengeschäftes, dazu u.a.: Gezielte Prospektbearbeitung, inkl. Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung. Verhandlung und Abschluss von Standard- und Sonderverträgen, ggf. mit Unterstützung und Abstimmung mit anderen Bereichen. Angebot und Verkauf von Services, Schulungen, Beratungsleistungen. ​ Marktanalyse und Strategieumsetzung: Gezielte Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktgeschehens (u.a. Wettbewerbsverhalten und Kundenbedürfnisse) Analyse der verlorenen Kunden und entsprechende Ausrichtung der Aktionen in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten. Pflege des CRM-Tools (z.B. Kundenbesuche, Opportunities und Accounts). Analyse des Kundenportfolios nach den definierten KPI’s und Ableitung von Maßnahmen auf der Grundlage der Air Liquide-Strategie, Abstimmung der Maßnahmen mit dem Vorgesetzten.   Are you a MATCH?   Ausbildung/Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium mit technischer oder kaufmännischer Ausrichtung (Naturwissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, Zusatzausbildung im Vertrieb von Vorteil. Berufserfahrung im Verkauf von erklärungsbedürftigen Industrieprodukten bei externem Neueinstieg. ​ Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten: Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B. Gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gutes Know-how der MS-Office-Programme sowie Google Kenntnisse Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten. Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten sowie Engagement und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und präzise Arbeitsweise Verständnis für kommerzielle und Sachverhalte sowie Prozessauswirkungen von Stammdaten.
