Ici, vous aurez un impact : En participant à la réalisation d’un produit fini ou semi-fini à l’aide de matières premières selon un ordre de fabrication, En participant au conditionnement et à l’emballage d’un produit, En contribuant au respect des exigences qualité et à la conformité des produits fabriqués, En développant votre polyvalence par l’apprentissage de différents postes et opérations de production, En appliquant et respectant les règles EHS (Environnement, Hygiène et Sécurité) afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr. Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Formation de base : Niveau CAP à Bac/Bac Pro des industries chimiques (CAIC, Bac Chimie, …) Titulaire des CACES 3 et 5 Expérience : Première expérience confirmée en environnement industriel, idéalement dans la chimie Connaissances : Produits, équipements et règles de sécurité propres au secteur Instructions de Travail, procédures qualité et exigences réglementaires Compétences : Sens des responsabilités, rigueur, fiabilité Capacité à travailler en équipe, entraide, dynamisme Capacité à comprendre et suivre les consignes Respect des consignes EHS et capacité à proposer des améliorations Permis B / véhiculé(e) Détails du poste Localisation principale : Site de Haguenau. Mobilité sur le site de Niedermodern selon les besoins de l’organisation. Horaire posté : principalement 3x8, avec la possibilité de passer en 4x8 ou en 5x8 selon besoin de l’organisation.
