Job Description: Operador de producción Colabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo, como Operador de Producción [Job Grade (U02-09]) desempeñarás un rol clave como ayudante general en el área de _Makers Cintas_______ dentro de la planta Cintas en el Site de San Luis Potosí. Principales retos Incorporarse a la cultura de seguridad en el trabajo Autocalidad en línea como cultura Alcanzar el rate de producción de las líneas Disciplina en buenas prácticas de manufactura El impacto que tendrás en este rol Salvaguardar la seguridad propia y la de los demás colaboradores Asegurar calidad en su operación y la de la línea en la cual colabora Cumplir los diferentes estándares y procedimientos del área en la que se desempeña Motivar el cumplimiento de metas productivas para la línea en la que colabora. Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con: Primaria y/o Secundaria trunca o terminada (Deseable preparatoria o carrera técnica trunca o terminada) Experiencia de 6 meses en adelante en procesos de manufactura y/o afines ( deseable 1 año) Responsable, orientado al trabajo en equipo, autoconfianza e interés hacia el trabajo Disponibilidad de horario para rolar 3 turnos, modalidad 6X2 Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol: Conocimiento básico en manejo de computadora y uso de patín hidráulico Imagina tu futuro en 3M En 3M, la inspiración ocurre a diario.
