Wir suchen zum Ausbau unserer Vertriebsmannschaft einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter/-in im Außendienst, mit Hauptfokus der Kundenentwicklung und den Ausbau des Vertriebspartnersgeschäfts. Als Sales Representative (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für: Bestandsmanagement und Kundenentwicklung Strategische Steuerung und Ausbau unseres bestehenden Kundenportfolios. Proaktives Anbieten von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen und Angeboten für definierte Marktsegmente. Führen von Verkaufs- und Preisverhandlungen sowie der Abschluss von Standard- und individuellen Verträgen. Identifizierung und Realisierung von Potenzialen zur Erweiterung des Bedarfs bei Schlüsselkunden. Unterstützung des Teams im Bereich des Forderungsmanagements. Gesamtverantwortung für ausgewählte strategische Kundengruppen. Neukundengewinnung und Marktexpansion Systematische Erschließung und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten (Neukundengeschäft). Gezielte Marktbearbeitung und Neukundenakquise, inklusive sorgfältiger Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung. Verhandlung und Abschluss von Standard- und Sonderverträgen (bei Bedarf in Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen). Aktiver Verkauf unseres gesamten Service-Portfolios (Dienstleistungen, Schulungen und Beratungsleistungen). Strategie und Marktkenntnis Regelmäßige Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktgeschehens (Wettbewerb, Kundenanforderungen) zur strategischen Ausrichtung Ihrer Vertriebsaktivitäten. Analyse des Kundenportfolios anhand definierter Kennzahlen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung.
