Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Industriemechaniker (m/w/*) an unserem Standort Meerbusch im Bereich Schleifwerkzeuge haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Bedienen konventioneller Drehmaschinen Zeichnungsgerechte Herstellung von Drehteilen Qualitätskontrolle: Überprüfung der bearbeiteten Werkstücke auf Maßhaltigkeit und Oberflächenqualität mit Messwerkzeugen Regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der Maschine nach den werksinternen Reinigungs- und Wartungsplänen Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -vorschriften, um Unfälle zu vermeiden und eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung zu gewährleisten Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Dreher, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/*) Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Drehteilen Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (MS-Office, SAP etc) Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Gutes Qualitätsverständnis/Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements Teamfähig, mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit Gute Aufnahmefähigkeit, Flexibilität und techn. Verständnis Zusätzlich zu einer technischen Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Bereich des konventionellen Drehens haben sie bereits mit CNC Drehmaschinen gearbeitet Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit 3M hat Vereinbarungen zum Verkauf seines Geschäftsbereichs Precision Grinding & Finishing an Nimbus getroffen, eine in Europa ansässige Investmentgesellschaft mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung mittelständischer Industrieunternehmen. Der Abschluss der Transaktion wird für das erste Halbjahr 2026 erwartet, vorbehaltlich der Erfüllung der Informations- und Konsultationspflichten gegenüber den zuständigen Betriebsräten sowie regulatorischer und weiterer Anforderungen.
