As CPAP Therapy Consultant, you main role will be to provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, such as contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance). How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls. Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services. Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments. Handle larger accounts, managing contracts & overseeing a broader range of administrative functions. Provide guidance to junior agents. Are you a MATCH?
