How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Responsible for process control design. Ensure the design related process control is in line with AL Requirements. Lead deployment of QAPC methodology in all production units. This includes scorecard assessments, generating action plans and follow up of their closure Calculate and report efficiencies/savings generated by QAPC deployments Be the technical leader for SIOC/Operations personnel regarding QAPC topics  Provide technical support to Technical  fraternity and  operation facilities to identify and improve low performing QAPC loops; including but not limited to advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and loop tuning Ensure that reliability is prioritized and enhanced while applying the QAPC actions ___________________ Are you a MATCH? 5-10 years process industry experience (Professional Engineer registration preferred) Education - BSc degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required (MSc degree preferred) Field experience in control system troubleshooting and support Experience in programmable control system specification, configuration, networking, commissioning and technical support; preferably with a mix of control systems, but at least have expert level in one DCS system. Able to perform loop tuning Knowledgeable in Process technologies (e.g.  cryogenic air separation process technology, distillation process technology or Steam Methane Reformers) Experience in documentation including write-up of project proposals, estimates, control narrative and application scope description. Knowledge of Google Office Productivity Suite (Drive, Doc, Sheets, etc...).  Experience with Operating Systems virtualization platforms Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to multi-task with changing priorities according to operational requirements. Solid data science and statistics knowledge (regressions, linear programming, machine learning) Requires approximately 35 % travel. Able to effectively work within a diverse and international organization Ability to read and develop functional diagrams Knowledgeable of advanced control techniques  Have a practical understanding of computer networking Familiarity with communication protocols such as DDE, OPC or Suitelink Solid understanding of different instrumentation types especially analyzers and flowmeters  Strong communication skills, written and oral.
