Als Lehrling zum Elektrotechniker (m/w/*) bei der 3M Precision Grinding GmbH am Standort Villach , hast Du die Möglichkeit Dein Talent zu entwickeln und zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Dein Aufgabengebiet: Du erlernst die klassischen Ausbildungsinhalte Deines Berufes wie Instandhaltung und Wartung von elektrischen Maschinen, Geräten, Robotern, Anlagen und Systemen. Du unterstützt bei der Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme, Erweiterung, Optimierung und Modernisierung unserer elektrischen Produktionsanlagen, Maschinen sowie Automatisierungs- und Prozessleitsystemen. Zudem unterstützt Du unser Instandhaltungsteam bei dem Auffinden, Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen an unseren Anlagen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Deiner Ausbildung ist das Erlernen der Programmierung, um später selbstständig komplexe Programme zu erstellen oder bestehende zu interpretieren und zu verbessern. Das Erstellen von Schaltplänen und technischer Dokumentation, das Ausarbeiten von Maschinensicherheitskonzepten und deren Umsetzung zählen ebenfalls zu Deinem späteren Aufgabengebiet. Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Lehre umfassen: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Pflichtschulausbildung. Du bist außerdem technisch begabt, kommunikativ, hast ein logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, gehst offen auf andere Menschen zu und bist bereit, Dich kontinuierlich in neue, wechselnde Themengebiete einzuarbeiten. Stellenbezogene Informationen: Neben einem guten Betriebsklima bieten wir Dir eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie diverse Sozialleistungen. Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie mit einer monatlichen Lehrlingsentschädigung von EUR 1.071,00 brutto im 1. Lehrjahr.   3M hat Vereinbarungen zum Verkauf seines Geschäftsbereichs Precision Grinding & Finishing an Nimbus getroffen, eine in Europa ansässige Investmentgesellschaft mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung mittelständischer Industrieunternehmen. Der Abschluss der Transaktion wird für das erste Halbjahr 2026 erwartet, vorbehaltlich der Erfüllung der Informations- und Konsultationspflichten gegenüber den zuständigen Betriebsräten sowie regulatorischer und weiterer Anforderungen.
