Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Außendienstmitarbeiter Schleifmittel (m/w/*) für Österreich in dem Bereich Abrasives System Division (ASD) haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Betreuung und Ausbau von Key Accounts sowie Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im zugewiesenen Gebiet. Unterstützung von langfristigen Handelspartnern gemeinsam mit dem Handelsbetreuer, um Fachwissen zu vermitteln und deren Erfolg zu fördern. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele. Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Besuche und Beratungen. Nutzung von CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce zur Verwaltung von Kundeninformationen und Verkaufsaktivitäten. Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, wie z.B. Marketing und AE zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs von Kundenprojekten. Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium Erfahrung im territorialen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Schleifmittel oder verwandten Industrien. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten. Fähigkeit, selbstständig und zielorientiert zu arbeiten. Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit innerhalb des zugewiesenen Gebiets, teilweise auch außerhalb des Gebietes. Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, insbesondere Salesforce Kenntnisse der Zielbranchen: Metallbearbeitung, Maschinenbau, Automotive, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Holz- und Möbelindustrie, Bauindustrie. Kenntnisse im Key Account Management. Sie nutzen KI gezielt, um CRM-Qualität, Pipeline-Transparenz und Angebotserstellung zu beschleunigen. Stellenbezogene Informationen Kunden-Betreuung in Österreich Reiseanteil: ca. 4 Tage beim Kunden, 1 Tag im Homeoffice (je nach Bedarf) Führerschein B notwendig Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 57.627,- brutto/Jahr mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, vorgesehen.  Safety is a core value at 3M.
