Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Außendienstmitarbeiter für 3M Arbeitsschutzprodukte (m/w/*) im  Geschäftsbereich Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSD) vertreten Sie unser Unternehmen in der Schweiz. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre technische Expertise einzubringen, um gemeinsam mit uns erfolgreich zu sein. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Als PSD Territory Sales Representative (m/w/*) für das Gebiet „Ost-Schweiz/Graubünden/Liechtenstein/Tessin“ erreichen Sie Ihre Vertriebsziele durch eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der zugewiesenen Kunden und Verkaufsgebiete.  Identifizieren und priorisieren Sie Chancen für das PPE Arbeitsschutz-Produktportfolio bei Industriekunden, mit Fokus auf profitables Wachstum unserer Produktgruppen und den Aufbau eines starken Kundennetzwerkes. Sie organisieren und steuern Ihr Verkaufsgebiet eigenständig – mit gelegentlicher Unterstützung durch Ihr Team oder Ihre Führungskraft bei komplexen Situationen oder speziellen Anforderungen. Setzen Sie Produktneueinführungen erfolgreich um und managen Sie die Projektbearbeitung zur Entwicklung kundenspezifischer und verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen, sowie technischer Lösungen. Pflegen und bauen Sie ein starkes Kundennetzwerk auf, zur Unterstützung des Wachstums des 3M Arbeitsschutzportfolios in der Schweiz. Umsetzung und Einhaltung des Vertriebskonzeptes sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Ziele und Jahrespläne der Personal Safety Division in Ihrem Gebiet. Der Aufbau und die Entwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie die Sicherstellung des regelmäßigen Kontakts mit priorisierten Kunden spielen eine entscheidende Rolle. Sie planen und organisieren eigenverantwortlich Kundenveranstaltungen, z.   B. Schulungen oder Workshops, in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebspartnern und dem internen Vertriebsteam. Mit Engagement und Eigeninitiative setzen Sie sich täglich für die Anforderungen und Erwartungen unserer Kunden ein. Beobachten Sie die Marktsituation und Marktentwicklung und leiten Sie relevante Information an den Technischen Service, das Marketing, die Vertriebsleitung und den Kundendienst weiter. Sie setzen Ihre Verkaufskompetenz nachweislich erfolgreich ein, um Ihre Umsatzziele über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen. Sie beraten unsere Endkunden im Industriesektor kompetent vor Ort und führen Produktdemonstrationen im Bereich Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) durch. Sie verantworten die aktive Entwicklung Ihres Kundenportfolios, identifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und betreuen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig.   Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Außendienst Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools ​ Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Gute Französischkenntnisse und/oder Italienischkenntnisse Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikations-Gehörschutz Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Militär, Polizei und Behörden Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz   Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
