Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Disponent Warenausgang (m/w/*) am Standort Jüchen haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Planung der Warenausgangsprozesse. Erstellung von Versandpapieren sowie sorgfältige Prüfung der gesamten Versanddokumentation. Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei Bestands‑ und Prozesskontrollen. Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Spediteuren und internen Fachbereichen. ​ Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine ähnliche schulische Qualifikation (z.B. Bachelor, Meister, Verkehrsfachwirt). Grundlegende Erfahrung im Bereich der innerbetrieblichen logistischen Prozesse. Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungsprogrammen (insbesondere SAP und MS Office). Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh/Spät). Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Kenntnisse von  elektronischen Zollabwicklungssysteme (z.B. GTS). Gute Kenntnisse der Zollvorschriften und deren Anwendung in der täglichen Praxis. Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit. Stellenbezogene Informationen Standortinformationen: Jüchen, vor Ort. Schichtmodell: Teilkontinuierlicher Schichtbetrieb (Früh/Spät).
