Title                 : Analyst – Trade Loan & BG, Trade Finance Operations Department Job Description: The banking operations staff are responsible for the daily operational activities of MUFG Bank in Jakarta Branch, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing risk, and maximizing quality of service. Responsible for collating customer’s transaction documentation and processing daily Trade Loan, SBLC and Bank Guarantee transactions in the Branch accurately and in timely manner in compliance with standard operation procedure of the Bank and the prevailing regulation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) or equivalent. Have organizational experience and global exposure would be a plus value Have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent English, both written and verbal, Have ICC certification such as CSDG, CITF, or CSCF is preferable for this role Have knowledge on Banking & Finance, Credit Law & Regulation, Have experienced in Trade Finance area would be an advantage, Proficiency in Ms. Excel is essentials, Willing to work hard and team player orientation. Responsibility: Deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers to meet customer's expectations. Perform daily operation and various administrative tasks in accordance with the internal procedures and manuals as well as internal and BI regulations. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations. Work in partnership with various departments for daily operations.   Support any improvement projects to enhance operations quality.
