Key Responsibilities: Support to maintain and monitor the utilization of the Bank’s expenses and facility investment. Support to practice budget discipline and manage cost while ensuring the realization is within the approve budget. Support for managing any necessary reports or materials for Head Office Financial and Managerial Reporting. Prepare any necessary reports or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy. Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation to improve efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in banking industry or financial institutions Having experience in expense management and reporting related tasks Good analytical skills to interpret large and complex data sets and ability to identify implications of data sets.
