Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, other similar courses. With at least one year of banking experience will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Customer service oriented. Job Description Responsible for planning, leading and implementing MUFG Transaction Banking mandates from clients. Conduct service level reviews and formulates customer service strategy, process and procedures. Support and manage the Implementation Team and collaborate with regional client relationship management, implementation and product teams. Provide electronic banking and client integration training and support to clients in the course of the implementation cycle of the deal. Drive and manage effective Transaction Banking system administration and maintenance in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance, risk management policies and standards and approved operational procedures.
