This position sits within the Corporate Banking of Singapore team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with corporate finance skills to join our team and support the Singapore Local Corporate businesses. Job Responsibilities: Assist the relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors Support execution of corporate financing transactions for the corporate clients Prepare client presentations, and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes Assist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements Job Requirements: Degree qualified For Analyst: Minimum 2 years' experience in banking and finance industry For Associate: Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and finance industry Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate finance Proficiency in credit analysis and documentation Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
