Qualifications: Candidate must obtain at least a Bachelor's Degree desirably in a business-related course. With at least 1 year of relevant banking experience is an advantage but we also encourage fresh/recent graduates to apply. Must have effective negotiation and marketing skills. Must have detailed knowledge and understanding of bank products and services. Duties and Responsibilities: Support and strengthen business relationship with Japanese Corporates by delivering timely and accurate banking service as well as providing them with business solutions to meet their financial needs and goals. Develop and discuss customer strategy. Maintain effective and constant communication with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Conducts effective and accurate know your customer process in accordance to the bank's policies and procedures. Provide appropriate guidance, orientation and education to customers with regards to their transactions and documentary requirements. Support the promotion of bank products and services.
