Job Summary: Drive Growth in the Securities Finance business with a primary focus on launching a new Total Return Swaps (TRS) product. Responsibilities include product design, trade structuring, client acquisition, risk management, and integration within the Canadian and global platform. Provide secondary support for trading across repo, securities lending and client relationship management. Responsibilities: Product Development Design and launch the Total Return Swaps (TRS) product, including structuring and pricing of fixed income and equity TRS Integrate TRS into the Canadian platform and align with global business strategy Risk Management Monitor and mitigate market, credit, and operational risks across all products, including OTC derivatives, listed derivatives and other securities finance products Manage lifecycle events for TRS, including corporate actions and rebalances Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks Repo and Securities Lending Trading Provide backup trading coverage for repo and securities lending Optimize funding and collateral usage across the desk Support execution and position management for related financing strategies  Client Engagement Develop and maintain strong client relationships to grow TRS and securities finance business Identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs Act as a key point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution Business Development Drive growth initiatives for TRS and broader securities finance products Generate new trade ideas and identify emerging market opportunities Collaborate with global teams to expand product reach and profitability. Position Requirements: Technical Skills: Extensive expertise in trading total return swaps and related OTC derivatives; repo; securities lending Strong risk management skills across market and credit risk; skilled in ISDA/CSA documentation, analytics, and negotiation Advanced proficiency in Murex, Excel, Bloomberg and multiple trading systems Experience in VBA, SQL and C++ are assets Experience & Abilities: Minimum 5 years in financial markets, specializing in OTC and cleared "Delta 1" derivatives, and general securities finance Strong risk management and regulatory knowledge, with in-depth understanding of market and credit risk Ability to manage client relationships, lead projects, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Education & Training: Advanced degree in business or a related field CIRO registration as a Registered Representative, which requires completion of CSC, CPH, Derivative Fundamentals and related CSI courses (may be completed after starting) CFA, post-graduate degree or equivalent would be an asset The job description and related application pertains to an opportunity with either MUFG Bank, Ltd., Canada Branch (“MUFG Bank Canada”) or MUFG Securities (Canada), Ltd.
