This intern role will be within the Admissions department who have responsibility for admitting bonds and funds to the markets of Euronext Dublin. It is an interesting and challenging role, which requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, as well as an ability to meet tight deadlines. Key accountabilities • Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times. • Apply ENX and EU regulatory standards to listing/trading applications on a robust, timely and consistent basis. • Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt/fund securities to listing and trading on ENX markets. • Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications. • Liaise with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and prospectuses. • Support policy development, including ENX rule books and delivery of regulatory solutions to ENX customers.
