The Opportunity This Product Manager role is an opportunity to drive a core retail transformation in the Order Management and Customer Finance domains for our domestic and international markets. You will lead a team of Product Owners to develop requirements for Promotions, Order Orchestration, Operational Inventory Visibility, Payment Authorizations, Billing, Settlement, and related Reporting. You will report to the VP IT Application Development. This is a hybrid role in West Chester, PA. Who We Are QVC empowers shoppers with knowledge and shares insights in a lively and engaging way. The Product team led by this role is part of a software engineering team responsible for Order, Customer Finance, Supply Chain, and Data & Analytics value streams. Your Impact Role responsibilities include: Stakeholder Management, Product Vision and Strategy, Program Management, Product Team Development Drive requirements and functional design for key areas including: Order Subscriptions (a.k.a., Auto Delivery), Order Orchestration, Returns Orchestration, Multi-Line Shipping and Handling Promotions What You Bring 5-7 years leading product in order management, operations and customer finance Hands-on experience developing requirements Skills needed to fulfill this role include: strategic thinking, analytical skills, stakeholder management, leadership skills and technical skills Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time. #LI-Hybrid #LI-LC4 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
