Your Opportunity, Your Team The Senior Paid Media Strategist supports QVC and HSN, and is responsible for leading the paid social media strategy, with a focus on driving revenue and customer growth while adhering to budget and KPI targets. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, & NJ. Relocation assistance not available for this role. What You'll Do Lead the paid media strategy and calendar, optimizing a multi-million dollar budget and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance program effectiveness, overseeing creative direction to align with brand standards and channel optimization. Develop and implement targeting and segmentation strategies, communicate key updates, and explore new business opportunities to drive acquisition and revenue growth Utilize analytical insights to make proactive program optimizations, partnering with Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy and effectively communicate goals, forecasts, results, and challenges. Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, platform vendors, ad agencies, and internal departments to ensure alignment on strategy and calendar planning, dedicating time to collaborate with Specialists and Coordinators. Support the professional growth of Coordinators by setting clear goals, providing continuous coaching, and guiding their career development to enhance their skills and performance. What You'll Bring Bachelors in marketing, communications, e-commerce, merchandising or related field; or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing space Proficiency in using data analytics and project management tools independently (including Airtable, Tableau and Ads Manager) and possessing exceptional project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make independent decisions within online marketing and eMarketing contexts. #LI-st4 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
